Alan Piatek attends SNC Junior Camp in Ocala, FL

Killarney's Alan Piatek recently participated in Swimming Canada's Junior National Team Training Camp.  The camp took place from Feb 6th to Feb 15th in Ocala, Florida.

The 25 swimmers were categorized into Distance FR, IM or Mid Distance FR/BK and BR/FL.  Alan trained with the FR/BK Group.  The workout schedule was demanding on the athletes. 16 swim practices totaling 91000m, daily activation and dryland or strength sessions.  The camp focused on Aerobic Development and included a few test sets!
