KSC top 3 Team at AB Summer Championships

The Killarney Swim Club was in action at the AB Summers Swimming Championships last week. The competition took place at the Kinsmen Sports Center in Edmonton. KSC was represented by 37 swimmers.

The team had a fantastic showing, finishing 3rd overall in team scoring, and 3rd overall in Gold Medal Tally. Killarney swimmers won 52 Medals, with 22 being Gold. Two Provincial Records were set by Sophia Shpak in the 50 Breast and 200 Breast for 11-Year-old Girls. Six KSC individual records and 6 relay records set.

Alan Piatek was awarded the 15-year-old high points aggregate and Matea Gigovic was awarded Top Female World Swimming Points in the 100 Fly.
