New Champ Qualifiers at AB Provincial Trials

The AB Summer Provincial Trials served as the last chance for swimmers to qualify for the AB Summer Championships.  The competition took place in Medicine Hat June 27-30th.  Swimmers could qualify by winning an event at the AB Trials or by swimming the Championship Time Standard.

Killarney was represented by 24 swimmers.  The team posted 87 best times, winning 52 medals including 12 Gold.  Qualifying for the AB Championships were Tyler Bernet, Georgia Carscallen, Bauman Mori, Eren Oz, and Layla Sandhawalia.  The Championships take place in Edmonton July 24-27.

The 14 & Under Boys (Tyler, Bauman, Matthew, Eren) took top spot in both 4 x 50 Free and Medley Relays.
