Sprockets Sail to Huge Personal Bests at Wild Hair

The Killarney Sprockets had 44 swimmers brave the snow to compete in Canmore on March 14th. They came home with a whopping 86 personal bests! Many swimmers bettered their 100 Breast and 100 IM times by over 10 seconds! An amazing improvement that is evidence of their consistent hard work in the pool and focus on technical skills. Sprockets look forward to continuing their training and competing at our upcoming home meet in Cochrane in April.
