UCSC Spring Start Up

Killarney swimmers didn't disappoint at the UCSC Spring Start up on April 25 & 26. For many swimmers this was their first long course meet of the season and we had 259 personal bests spread over 52 swimmers. Sprocket 3 athletes were invited and held their own during their first Junior level meet in an Olympic sized pool. 

Special Mention to Carmen S and Aaron T who qualified for Summer Festivals in Grande Prairie!

The meet was scored using an improvement points system, where swimmers earned points based on how much time they dropped in each event. Killarney swimmers secured first place in 10 & Under Boys, 11 Year Old Boys and Girls, 12 Year Old Boys and Girls, and 13 Year Old Boys and Girls. What a sweep!
