KSC Family Commitments

Please read the following agreement carefully...

2025-2026 KSC Family Commitments

Family Bond

• I understand that the family bond is required to be lodged by every new family at the commencement of their membership for the duration of their membership.
• I agree to the payment of a (minimum) $300 Family Bond to address non-compliance with Club policies or non-payment of fees.

Family Account

• I agree that my family account must be kept in good standing in order for my swimmer(s) to continue swimming with KSC. 
• I agree that if my account is no longer in good standing it may result in my swimmer(s) being denied access to participate in practices, swim meets and other club events.

Officiating Commitments

• I understand that there are financial penalties assessed at the end of each swim year for families that do not comply with the KSC Officiating Policy.
• I agree to fulfill my minimum officiating commitment as stipulated in the KSC Officiating Policy.

Bingo Commitments

• I understand that there are financial penalties assessed for families that do not meet their bingo commitments.
• I agree to fulfill my minimum bingo commitment as stipulated in the KSC Financial Policy and the KSC Program Commitments Chart.

Casino Commitments

• During casino years, I agree to make myself available to volunteer one shift at the KSC designated casino (approximately every 18 months). Each casino shift worked earns credits toward Bingo Commitments.

Fundraising Commitments

• I understand that fundraising provides additional income to the Club that helps keep fees lower each season and is an important part of how the Club is operated and funded.
• I understand that there are financial penalties assessed for families that do not meet their fundraising commitments.
• I agree to fulfill my minimum fundraising commitment as stipulated in the KSC Financial Policy and the KSC Program Commitments Chart.

Policy Commitments

• I agree to abide by KSC policies and procedures, which maybe updated from time to time, as listed on the KSC Website.
• I agree to be bound by the KSC Code of Conduct and Ethics, Discipline, Complaints and Appeals Policy.

Withdrawing from the Killarney Swim Club

• I understand that registering with the Killarney Swim Club is a full season commitment.
• I understand that there are special requirements for withdrawing from KSC as stipulated in section 4 of the KSC Financial Policy.
• I understand that there are significant financial penalties for early withdrawal from KSC.
• In the event of withdrawal, I agree to be bound by section 4 of the KSC Financial Policy.
